What exactly will I receive?
For the journal: a digital PDF, delivered to your inbox, yours to keep and reread. For Love, F*ck Me, and Career Manifestation: a personal PDF report describing what was channeled, how your energy responded, and any guidance that emerged. For Personalized Guidance: the same, as a personal video.
How long will it take?
Your ritual is performed and your reading reaches you within 24 hours. The journal arrives sooner — it is ready the moment your order is complete.
I don't know my birth time. Can I still order?
Yes. Birth time is helpful but never required — that is why the field is marked optional. Your birth date and your intention are enough.
Do I need to believe in manifestation for this to work?
No. You need only be willing. Many people arrive uncertain, or curious, or simply tired of carrying something alone. Doubt is welcome here — it does not disqualify you, and you are not required to arrive convinced.
Is what I write private?
Yes. Your intention is read by me, and by the private writing assistant I use to help prepare readings — never by anyone else. It is never shared, sold, or published, never used to train AI models, and it will never appear on this site. You can read exactly what is collected and how long it is kept on the .
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes — the journal and every manifestation service can be given. Choose As a gift when you order, and tell me their name, their email, and anything you'd like written on the card. Nothing is posted; it arrives by email, so there is no delivery time to plan around.
The journal reaches them straight away. For a reading, you choose how their details are collected: either they receive a link and send their own intention whenever they are ready, or you fill their details in yourself and the ritual begins immediately.
Which gift option should I choose?
If you are unsure of their birth time — or you want the reading to be truly theirs — let them send their own details. A reading is written from one person's own words, and it is always strongest that way. You won't see what they write.
Fill their details in yourself when you know them well and want it to be a complete surprise, with nothing for them to do. Their reading will then be shaped by your words about them rather than their own — still personal, just differently so. They can always reply to adjust anything that doesn't fit.
What if they never claim their gift?
Their link stays open for two years, and it does not expire quietly — if it is ever used after that, simply email me and I will honour it anyway. If they lose the email, I can resend it. Gifts cannot be refunded, but they will not go to waste.
What should I write as my intention?
Whatever is true. It does not need to be tidy or beautifully worded — a single honest sentence is enough. Write it as though it has already happened, if that comes easily, and if it doesn't, simply write what is on your heart.
Can I ask about something other than love?
Yes. Career Manifestation is for your work and calling, and Personalized Guidance accepts any question at all — a decision before you, a season you are unsure of, or something you have not yet named.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure checkout. Your card details never pass through this website, and I never see them.
Can I change my mind, or request a refund?
All sales are final. Each ritual is performed personally for you, and each reading is written for one person only — once your order is placed, that work begins, so orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, that is different. If your file never arrived, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email me and I will put it right.
My reading hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first — everything is sent from hello@thejadewitch.com, and a new sender often lands there the first time.
To be sure nothing is missed, add that address to your contacts or safe-sender list before you order. In Gmail, open the message and choose “Add to Contacts” or mark it “Not spam”; in Outlook, add it to Safe senders.
If it still hasn't reached you, email me and I will resend it straight away.

The Jade Witch is a small, one-person practice. This page explains what I collect, why, and what I do with it — in plain language.
What I collect
When you order a ritual service, the form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your pronouns (optional)
- your birth date, and your birth time if you know it (optional)
- your intention — whatever you choose to write
When you buy the journal, I only receive your name and email address.
If you buy a gift
Buying a gift means giving me someone else's details, so it is worth being clear about what happens to them. I collect the recipient's name and email address, and the note you write for them. These are used once — to send the gift — and are never added to a mailing list or used to contact them about anything else.
If you also fill in their birth details and an intention on their behalf, those are treated exactly like your own: used to prepare their reading, and nothing more. Please only share someone else's details if you are comfortable that they would be happy for you to. If they would rather not have been signed up, they can email me and I will delete everything held about them.
Gift links are not stored anywhere. The link itself carries the details of what was bought, signed so it cannot be altered — which is why I cannot see whether a gift has been claimed until the recipient replies.
Why I collect it
Your birth details and your intention are what your ritual is prepared from. Your email is how your reading reaches you. That is the whole purpose — none of it is collected for marketing.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and never pass through this website. I never see or store your card number.
Where your details are stored
Your order details, including your intention, are stored alongside your payment record in Stripe, where I read them to prepare your ritual. A copy may also sit in my email while your reading is being prepared and sent.
How long I keep it
I keep your order details only as long as I need them to prepare and deliver your reading, and afterwards only where records are required for accounting and tax. If you would like your details removed sooner, email me and I will delete what I am able to.
What I don't do
- I don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- I don't share them, except with the services that make this work possible: Stripe, to take payment, and a private AI writing assistant (Anthropic's Claude) that helps me prepare your reading. Neither uses your details for anything else, and your intention is never used to train AI models.
- There is no advertising, analytics, or tracking on this site — no third-party cookies, no tracking pixels.
- Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so simply browsing doesn't hand your visit to anyone else.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies. Your basket is remembered using your own browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is cleared once your order completes.
